SAFE SCHOOLS

  • 5 modules must be taken yearly by all coaches in the WSD prior to coaching.
  • You do not need to print certificate of completion, we can look it up.
  • Get password from Athletics.

WIAA RULES CLINICS

  • 3 clinics must be taken yearly by all coaches in the WSD prior to coaching.
  • general rules clinic, sport clinic and concussion training
  • You do not need to print certificate of completion, we can look it up.
  • Get password from Athletics.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • All coaches must sign the safety guidelines for your sports coached, initially or signing that you have read each item on the guidelines prior to coaching.
  • Bring signed copy to the pre-season coaches meeting.

COACHES EXPECTATIONS

  • All coaches must read and sign the coaches expectations prior to coaching.
  • Bring signed copy to the pre-season coaches meeting.

PERMISSION TO TRANSPORT STUDENTS FORM

  • If you will be driving a school district vehicle to transport students you are required to fill out this form.
  • Bring copy of Drivers License, Auto Insurance and this form to the athletic office prior to transporting.

FIRST AID / CPR

  • All coaches must provide copies of current documentation.   Cards may not expire during the season.
  • First Aid- CPR Classes
