WIAA Link for Concussion Management

Information from Canfield and Associates about Concussion Management

Coaches in the Wenatchee School District. Paid or Volunteer must complete the Concussion Management training. You may NOT coach without completing the training.

There are 2 options:

1.  Head Coaches MUST do the WIAA rules clinic. You will need a user name and password. If you need your user name/password, email LeAnne .

2. Assistants and Volunteers may watch the video and fill out the form and give a copy of the form to LeAnne.

Athletes and Parents in the Wenatchee School District must fill out the following form each school year prior to being cleared for any athletics.

Facility Users in the Wenatchee School District must fill out the following form prior to using the facilities.
