Booster Positions Available
Panther Booster Club has filled most of it's board positions for the 2007-08 school year. Thank you to those that have stepped up to make a difference.
We would still like to ask 10-12 parents to consider taking on the role of "concessions lead" for 1 sport. These positions can be shared with another family so the load is less.
To help us start fall sports on a good note, we need the following concession leads:
Football, Small Concession : 6 nights
Girls Soccer : 8 dates
Frosh Football : 6 dates (this involves working out of the trailer at the freshman football field. You can still watch the game)
JV Football : 6 dates ( this involves working out of the trailer at the JV Football field. You can still watch the game)

In the winter, we still need:
Wrestling : 5 dates
Boys Basketball : 10 dates
Girls Basketball : 10 dates

In the spring, we will need:
Track : 4 dates (working out the trailer at the track)
Boys Soccer : 8 dates
Baseball : 5 dates

You can email me if you are willing to take on a concession lead or get more information on the website at : http://whs.wsd.wednet.edu/Faculty/Athletics/supporters/supporters.html

General Sports Information
I have added a new link on our website with general information about each sport. This would allow parents and athletes the opportunity to know general information about each sport: 1st day of practice, approximate last day of the season, typical practice times, practice locations, etc. Check it out and let me know if you have any other insights you think I should share with parents:

Enjoy the Month of May.
