Culminating Project Artifacts

Beginning this year, 2009, the artifacts for Culminating Project are accessible through the Wenatchee High School/Counseling portion of the website! This new offering will enable students to access and print items from any computer, anywhere. (see the attached  sheet for access information )

1)  The Culminating Project Toolbox allows online help to students by providing:

    • CP artifact samples, instructional downloads, templates, instructional PowerPoint

                        (Fitness plan, résumés, cover letters, essays, WOIS Career Interest Inventory, etc.)

  • CP requirements for each grade level
  • CP Mission and FAQ
  • Direct links to assist the student

2)  The Culminating Project Station is located in the Career Center under the flag. Students may pick up a hard copy instruction sheet for—WOIS access, resume and cover letter writing, basic and  insight resume based Personal Statement/Essays. The student will then work on the artifacts independently at home or school.

3)  The Counseling and Career Center will be holding a series of CP Lab Workshops for students wishing to use school computers or receive assistance in completing Culminating Project Artifacts. This will occur during morning sessions of WASL week. This is not a requirement but an option.


STUDENTS—Beginning TODAY you, as students, may begin to pre-register for the CP Lab Workshops using Moodle.  The sessions are not required.  They are an option.

These are optional lab days and times during WASL week for students not taking the WASL, to work on their Culminating Project. Number of participants per session will be limited.

     a)  WHS Homepage/Counseling/ CP Toolbox/Pre-Registration CP Lab/Student Services
     b)  Log In to your WHS account. Choose dates and times that you know you can attend. 
     c)  Write this appointment in your planner!
