What a relief!  Opening night was a big success:  Cast and Crew took charge of the stage and performed brilliantly;  One comment I received was:  "it looks more like closing night than opening night". This the most technically difficult show we've ever done;  stage and technical crew performed almost flawlessly:

*set changes were seamless

*light cues were professional (Gavin Sortor, 06 grad is running the light board, something he had   never done until 10 days ago

*sound was excellent!  good work Erik Frank

*the revolving stage is spectacular;  thanks Randy Asplund for engineering it and all the parents for the hundreds of hours building it

*the set is an amazing spectacle;  thanks Blane Visser and all the parents and community members for your labor of love.  Our set design again comes from Bruce Jackson of Seattle

*incredible costumes!  Somebody please nominate Cindy Burnett and Suzi Pitts for a tony

*don't get me started about the producers Tina Barron, Denise Crawford, and Laura Williams- unbelievable work keeping the plates spinning, you three.

* someone remind me:  another day i'll tell you about some of the other phenomenal people working behind the scenes doing props, tickets, publicity, programs, meals etc.

so I guess I'd better get to the Point:  due to high ticket demand, we're adding a 7th performance next Saturday, November 18, 2 PM.   here's how to get tickets:
