Mathematics HSPE (WASL) graduation Requirements

The classes of 2009 to 2012 do not have to pass the Math HSPE as long as they earn 2 credits of math after their sophomore year. Note:  the state counts summer after the sophomore year as part of the sophomore year.

Students do have to take the Math HSPE at least one time to be eligible to graduate.

The Class of 2013 will be the first to have to pass the math and science sections of the HSPE to graduate.
