We understand that we are solely responsible for any & all parts of the Mariachi uniform that will be issued to you, by the Wenatchee High School Mariachi Program. We understand that the uniform must be kept neat clean, and pressed at all times, and that we must follow all care instructions.  We understand that the uniform issued to this Mariachi member must be professionally dry cleaned at the end of the School Year prior to returning the uniform by the announced date, and that the uniform, when returned, must be covered with the dry cleaner’s plastic bag and the pants and jacket must be on separate hangers.  We also understand that if any parts of the Mariachi Uniform are lost or damaged through misuse or negligence, we will assume total responsibility for any repair or replacement costs.   We also understand that the replacement costs are as

Mariachi Traje De Charro: $350, 3 Pieces, Pants, Jacket and Vest

Mariachi Polo Shirt: $15

We have read the above information and agree to assume full responsibility for the Mariachi uniform and that we are issued.
