Details: Eleven students sat around a long table and used a slide show on sound waves and noise pollution for their presentation. They also included a poster of the ear and one that showed the major sources of sound pollution in their town. They especially focused on the problem of the noise caused by the train that runs by their town and discussed what laws were already in effect in Ephrata and what could be done by the community to decrease the effect of the train noise.
