Details: A mock newscast that featured backdrops for the main newscast and the commercial breaks was used to present information on the pollution of Lake Steilacoom. The "newscast" included "experts" on algae bloom in lakes and on non-point pollution, as well as "on-the-spot" reports from the lake about a young boy who had disappeared in the lake (fictional report). The commercials included in the broadcast were a fun addition. The group was able to answer questions afterward, and knew their information well.
