A group of five students presented their information on asbestos and its effects on humans. Their mock news broadcast began with a sports report, which was an attention-getter. Then "Cody the Weatherman" stood in front of a map and predicted an approaching "asbestos front" headed Wenatchee's way. Two students anchored the broadcast and were joined by a "professor from Stanford" who explained facts about asbestos and a "reporter" who described the removal of asbestos from a local hospital.
