Project: Effects of Tanning

Details: A puppet show using marionettes was put on by four students to illustrate misconceptions and effects of tanning booths and too much sun exposure. The students stood behind hand-painted backdrops and gave the show with the focus entirely on the puppets during that portion. Scene one was on a beach, and scene two was in front of a tanning salon. Between scenes, a PowerPoint was shown that went over a survey of teen attitudes toward tanning and how to limit UV exposure.
