PURPOSES

1   To help students to improve their ability to read with understanding and articulate that knowledge in verbal and written communication.

2   The goal is for a student to be able to read at grade level, be successful in classes, and pass the WASL.

3   Another aspect of this course provides students with the opportunity to build self-confidence in their ability to read in various disciplines with success.
