How to Use Folders to organize your InBox

 

Mail folders provide an easy way to organize messages you want to keep. QuickMail Pro offers the flexibility to let you create as many folders for archiving as you need under the Personal Folders directory

1. Open the file menu and select New and then Personal Folder. You will get the following screen.

 

 

2. Enter a name for the new folder in the name field.

 

 

3. Click on an icon for the folder.

 

 

4. You now have a new folder.
