Summaries window can be a tremendous aid in your efforts to identify
and meet the needs of your students. Its eleven views with graphs,
charts, calendars, notes and comments can help you understand your
students' strengths, weaknesses and changes in performance over time. |
| To
open the Summaries window, do one of the following: |

Select
Summaries from the Chart menu. |

Click
the Summaries tool. To view the summary of a specific student or assignment,
select the item first and then click this tool. |

Double-click
a row or column number in any chart (except the seating chart). |

Control-click
on a student or assignment name and choose View Summary from the menu
that pops up. |
| Use
the tabs at the top of the window to switch between the different
views. Use the menus and buttons below to switch students, classes
and assignments. |
