are four class views in the Summaries window. You can switch between
these views using the the icon tabs in the upper-right portion of
the Summaries window. These are displayed and described below. |

Graph |

This view displays a bar graph of overall grades. To see the students
that a bar represents, press on the bar; a list of students will appear.
To print the graphs, print the Class Graphs report. |

Class
Grades |
| This
view displays a complete list of students with overall points, percents
and grades for a class. The list is ranked from highest to lowest
average and provides some statistical information at the bottom. To
print the list, print the Class Summary report |

Class
Attendance |
| This
view displays student attendance totals by category and term. Use
the View menu to set the attendance category to be displayed. To print
the list, print the Attendance Summary report. |

Class
Notes |
| This
view allows you to enter notes to document general events in the class.
These notes are for your eyes only. Type the note or use the Clipboard
tool to paste in a note created in the Clipboard Text view of the
Gradebook Options window. See Gradebook Options:
Clipboard Text for additional information. To spell check the
note, click the Spell button. To print the note, print the Class Notes
report. |
