Our Purpose
The purpose of the help desk and help desk web pages is to help WHS faculty with a variety of resouces for their technology needs. Those resource are:

Omni Flow Chart - This large image shows how teachers intereact with our technology flow from our building to our district and everything in between.

Apple Computer links to Omni Help Desk! - Apple Computer links to our web site as an example.  Pretty cool! Our Omni web subsite (of the WHS web site) is based on Apples program

"Everyday Links" - These are generally used by faculty each day. They range from scheduling individual help through Technology Thursdays to using WebWise to input attendance and grades.

"Your Help Desk" - These links take you to web pages on our site that will assist you find the answers through 1-3 minute informational videos, to .pdf files you can print out, to web pages with images and explanations for your "how to" needs.

"Other Help Links" - Takes you to web sites designed by the publisher of your software or other helpful resources needed in our school.
