The goal is to improve relationships, learning, instruction, and community by:

improving student learning;
providing better collaboration on educational decisions;
placing the decision making closer to the teaching and learning process;
creating an environment that listens, communicates, and responds to the student and staff needs;
[and] improving the work environment of administrators and staff which is the learning environment of students.”
