WHS Learning Improvement Team (LIT) 07-08

The goal is to improve relationships, learning, instruction, and community by:

  • improving student learning;
  • providing better collaboration on educational decisions;
  • placing the decision making closer to the teaching and learning process;
  • creating an environment that listens, communicates, and responds to the student and staff needs;
  • [and] improving the work environment of administrators and staff which is the learning environment of students.”

General Information...

Small Group Meetings: These are the times when the staff meets with their small group leaders to discuss issues stemming from the LIT meeting or topics generated from the staff.

LIT meetings: We meet the first Monday evening 6 to 8 PM in room 551.
