Important information to bring with you includes:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Proof of address (phone or electicity bill)
3. Withdraw papers - transcript or transfer grades from previous school
4. *Immunization records*
   
   Washington State requires certain immunizations before students may attend school. They may get their immunizations from their health care provider. Students entering High school from other states or countries may need additional immunization. Please click below for specific requirements. Records requiring language/dosage interpretation will need to be reviewed by Chelan Douglas Health Department prior to school registration.
