****1st semester grades will be posted on transcripts Feb. 2nd.****
If you have a deadline after that date,
please wait to request your transcript until Feb. 3rd.

If you think you might need several transcripts, please request multiple copies at one time instead of 1 each day, this helps our daily process immensely. Also, please do not wait for the day before the deadline.
Order Early!!!
Requests submitted by 2pm will be ready to be picked up by 3pm the same day.

If you are unable to submit electronically, fill transcript form out, click on File/attach to email
(or File/save as and place on your desktop, drag file to an email)
and send to Cindy Murie

WHS is able to process Common Application requests online.

Please go to the Common Application to begin the process.
It will ask for your counselor's name and email address.

Please include an activities resume with any college or letter of recommendaton to assist your counselor in filling the recommendations out. (If you choose to use the Common Application please drop your activities resume off ASAP)

Please allow at least 2 -3 days for the counselor to complete the recommendations

So, please do not wait until a day or two before the deadline
