Use the eBooks link to access online versions of books found in our library. 

Use the subscription databases below free of charge! (courtesy of your WHS library)  No matter what the research project, you'll find accurate, reliable and diverse sources here.  Ask your librarian if you need passwords or visit Saddlerock.

Proquest

The ProQuest online information service provides access to thousands of current periodicals and newspapers, many updated daily and containing full-text articles from 1986.

eLibrary

The eLibrary contains current magazines, newspapers, encyclopedia articles, pictures, maps, tv and radio transcripts.

Culture Grams

Maps, statistics, photos and much more of 187 countries and territories around the world, and the 50 states of the USA.

NoveList Plus

NoveList Plus allows students to search their fiction and nonfiction databases for book titles either by author, title, or plot description.  NoveList Plus provides book reviews, allows users to search for similar titles, and provides lists of award winning books for students to access.

Learn 360

Staff and students can stream educational videos to use in your classrooms. Perfect for adding a video clip to your next PowerPoint presentation.  If you can't remember your password, check with your librarian.

GreenFILE

A research database which focuses on the relationship between human beings and the environment, with topics ranging from global warming to recycling to alternate fuel sources and beyond. GreenFILE offers a unique perspective on the positive and negative ways humans affect the ecology. The total number of records is approximately 295,000, and full text is provided for more than 4,600 records from open access titles.  Be sure to specify "Full Text" in the Limiters.
