V. Bibliography Format:

A bibliography lists the sources used in your paper and includes only those sources actually used unless instructed otherwise by the teacher assigning the paper.

A. Directions:

1 . All entries are to be listed alphabetically by author's or editor's last name; if a reference has no author, then include alphabetically by title.

2. Single space entries requiring more than one line.

3 . Double space between entries.

4 . Indent the second and following lines 5 spaces (referred to as a Hanging Indent in most word processors).

5 . YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE PARENTHETICAL REFERENCE OR ENDNOTE FOR EACH BIBLIOGRAPHIC ENTRY.
