Welcome to my home page! 

After many years of teaching at WHS, I finally have a web page! 

This site, eventually, will have information for my fitness students, parents of students, and anyone interested in Panther Football or just fitness in general.

Currently, I teach two Fitness 4 Classes, one Fitness 3, and two Fitness 2B's.  My office hours are 7:30 am to 8 am, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, or by appointment.
